Mr.K. Ramanujam – Chairman/Founder
Mr. Ramanujam started the company in 1971 and laid the foundations for the principles and values that the company adheres to even today. His insistence on taking select projects and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in those has meant that they are still counted among the city’s landmarks.
These days, he plays a mentoring role guiding the management and employees alike on various issues and acting as the sounding board for new company initiatives.
A highly outgoing and social personality, he has previously served as State Chairman of the Builders Association of India and Region Chairman of the Lions Club. He was a member of the Tamil Nadu Worker Welfare Board and a Committee Member of the Presidency Club. Currently, he is a member of the Rotary Club.
Amrith Ramanujam – Managing Director/CEO
Amrith is a Civil Engineer from the College of Engineering, Guindy, with a Master’s in Construction Management from Texas A & M University. He joined the company in 2005 starting out as a Site Engineer. He then moved on to take over the reins of the company from his father in 2012. He reinforced the company’s strengths in Engineering and Construction and oversaw a diversification into allied areas like Property Development, Facility Management and Turnkey Building Solutions.
Since then, he has meticulously gone about building a team of professionals, who can take up the responsibility of managing the day-to-day affairs of the company. This enables him to focus on incorporating innovative systems and processes to increase customer satisfaction levels, as well as explore new opportunities, along the lines of the company’s current expertise.
Aside from work, he is also an active Round Tabler, and a Free Mason. He ensures he allocates time on a regular basis towards his fitness and also likes to keep up with the latest trends in technology.
